  Hue: deep lemon, very pale gold
  
  Nose: initial prominent unpleasant raw vegetable (cabbage, fennel, rhubarb, asparagus), opened to medium tropical banana peal & green capsicum.
  
  Palate: medium acidity, light body, medium unripe green fruits & capsicum (bell pepper).
  
  Finish medium green grasses, medium acid
  
  Border line unacceptable. Would not drink again.
