  • Under screwcap. Pnp. Slightly chilled. Deep black cherry in colour. Slightly foxy and grapey nose with roasted beets and wet steel. Maybe a hint of cocoa powder too?Smells a bit like a gamay or baco noir IMO. Medium-light bodied, off dry, grapey palate, quite tangy. Tastes a bit grapey too, like a young Morgon or a Beaujolais Nouveau, with maybe a bit more structure. A bit inky and what tannins that are there are chalky. Not my thing. 88 in my books.
