  • I was hesitating between Loire Chenin or a Macon Chardonnay, but in hindsight Jura Chard should have been the obvious guess. Slightly cloudy in colour, obviously natural but in a controlled way. Crisp green apple and orchard fruit, slight lactic note. Good tension and much more giving than the Labet today.

excellent acidic lift provides a vibrancy here, and overall gives a natural wine vibe which is both charming and lean. almost seems as if could still be fermenting. lemon and grapefuit peel on the finish.
    very refreshing with pad thai.

day#2 even better, there is a piquancy here which is downright exciting, and it some ways it reminds me of my homebrewed kombucha. tasted next to an 18 ganevat les cedres and showed favorable (even more edgey)
