  Servido por copas. Cuatro amigos, cada uno aporta una botella de cava, todas ellas de un precio similar. Comenzamos con un cava famoso que ha estado 12 años en contacto con sus lías. Aún con esta larga crianza el carácter indigesto e intrusivos de la uva xarel.lo se manifiesta tanto en nariz como al paladar. Falto de equilibrio, de una fina burbuja y escasa complejidad. Lo añejo no siempre es lo mejor. Tampoco lo peor incluso considerando que para muchos es el mejor cava español.
