  Pale gold appearance. 2 oz pour so I had a limited vantage point of the wine’s evolution in glass. Notes of lime, yellow apple, pear, white pepper, hazelnut, brioche. Mousse was ok - creamy but nothing special or persistent. Good, electric acidity which I enjoyed. Finish was decent, but nothing noteworthy. This style has too much autolytic character for my tastes.
