  • Beautiful bronze in the glass with very fine long lasting mousse. The nose is complex and inviting, with strong yeast characteristics, brioche, hay, fleeting hints of bruised apple, as well as an oxidative nutty characteristic. The palate is bone dry and the acidity is zippy, with notes of lemon, almond, unripe pear and green apple, all resulting in a very refreshing sip. Very impressive.
