Champagne - 100 Vintage and NV Champagne; 12/15/2015-12/15/2020: Holy cow, did not know this champagne. Dark yellow color with an orange hue. Exciting and deep nose that goes beyond the off the mill Champagne taste around flowers and bakery, adding apples and a strong dose of quince jam. Good perlage and excellent length. Really liked this.

A dinner with friends at home: Second Champagne served with raw oysters. Great showing and head and shoulders above the 2004 Veuve preceeding it. Somewhat darker yellow than the Veuve with a clear Salmon color touch. A complex mix of fruit on the palate with apples, pears and something slightly darker. Round and fairly rich but with good acidity providing freshness. Excellent. 93-94 First time trying this Champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir from a Grand Cru vineyard of this small grower.

Consistent notes with previous bottle. Would drink those 4 bottles held by CT users now
