  Very pale lemon in the glass. Nose of pear blossom, freshly cut green apple, lemon. Palate - High acidity, medium intensity, steely, flinty, green apple, lemon. Precise. Very good. I love this style. This was great with roast pork.

  Mid-level generic dry Riesling of pale lemon colour. Medium light intensity developing aroma of quince, lemons, flint, green apples, smoky touch. Palate is pure and bone dry with high acidity, medium abv, medium body, medium intensity flavours of green apple, flint, stone, medium light finish. Very good quality which should be drunk right now or within few years with rather no potential to improve.
