A very elegant St. Aubin at this point. It's youthfully tight but improved a lot after 2 hours showing a very fine mineral streak on the complex finish. Needs more time to flourish. 92+

PNP. Green tinted yellow color. Lime zest and chalky minerals laden with spices on the nose. Deep palate, rich yet taut with a full citrus fruit profile, medium acidity and a long juicy finish.

PnP. Some reduction that blew off. Needs some air but was really strong with citrus, some ripe tropical fruits and taught minerality and a strong backbone of acidity. Very drinkable, but should integrate with a couple more years.
