POB Special Cuvee Lunch (Moon Bay): Whole bunch wine making stood out on the nose but the aromas were pronounced. Would have preferred if the oak and whole bunch were reduced to allow the fruits to shine.

Pearl of Burgundy special cuvee lunch: Similar to the 2019 but spicier and more restraint. Maybe it's just me but I didn't get the explosive aromatics or silky palate out of the three Bizots I've tasted across the two days.

Pearl of Burgundy EP22 Tasting (Four Season Hotel Hong Kong): Beautiful aroma of rose, red fruits leap from the glass, whole cluster obvious on the palate with the stem protruding, light body with high acid.
