Would have guessed either Beaujolais or the kind of anonymous, slightly spritzy natural gamay that was trendy in the 2010s. A lot of those boxes are ticked - short elevage, semi-carbonic maceration producing a wine that tastes pleasant but simple. I slightly question the point of making wine like this from old vines in Burgundy.

Young guns of Burgundy: Tasted double blind. Clear garnet colro. Fine, deep and herbaceous nose. On the palate reather salty, nice, clean fruit, herbaceous. Medium length. 87-88
