  Bottle a disappointing 1374g. Moderately intense aromas of lime and oyster liquor, with a whisper of stone fruit. Dry, with elevated crisp acidity, medium-bodied, 13% abv. Some intensity of citrus fruit and salinity, energetic, perfectly proportioned, elegant caillottes instead of rich terres blanches. I've kept this on our list for a year and a half. Love it.
