  Deep ruby colour.
  Aromas of black tea, a hint of black pepper, initially a rustic note that blew off. Fig tree aromas and a hint of eucalyptus.
  The palate is elegant with dark red fruit, soft but present tannins that gives the palate a nice and slightly drying feel and some astringency, nice acidity, and ending with some wonderful spicy notes. Very young.

  Antonio Perrino hat 1961 (!) seine erste Ernte eingefahren und entlockt seinen 2 ha seither einen Vermentino und diesen Rossese. Dezenter Stallgeruch, Johannisbeere, Sauerkirsche, Pflaume, Eukalyptus, Rosmarin, Weihrauch, Pfeffer, ein Hauch Veilchen, Leder und Holz. Im Mund mittleres Volumen, frisch, beerig, seidige Textur, sanfte Würze, Waldboden, feine Säure und charmant körnige Tannine. Zum Ende ein geschmeidiger Abgang mit angenehmem Grip. Einerseits rustikal, andererseits elegant, auf jeden Fall klasse.
