  Tasted over 2 hrs
  -translucent pale yellow-green
  -reticent faint white orchard fruit
  -med acidity, med weight subtle white-yellow fruit white floral faintly medicinal bitter with a creamy note on the finish
  -OK now, too young to fully judge/enjoy though definitely has a distinctly different profile than the Cote de Beaune
