Medium pale yellow-gold with greenish-platinum tint. Citrus, green apple, gooseberry, Asian pear, creme brulee, Provencal herbs, hazelnut and minerality. Medium bodied, medium-high acidity, medium structure, and medium alcohol, and medium finish. Fresh and bright, smooth texture. A little high on residual sugar, but well masked by the acidity. A nice beverage wine.
I would drink it while they are young and fresh.

This straw-colored wine was sourced from Napa County (56%) and Sonoma County (44%). A blend of 91% Sauvignon Blanc, 7% Sauvignon Gris, 1% Chardonnay and 1% Sémillon, it offers an intense aromatic array of white peaches, lime zest, honeydew, ginger and chervil. Light-to-medium-bodied, crisply acidic, seamlessly alcoholic (14.1%) and with restrained wood, it delivers flavors that align with the aromas. There is a nice thread of minerality that is pervasive on the dense mid-palate and lengthy, lifted finish. This Sauvignon Blanc nicely balances the fruit and herbal aspects of the grape. Enclosed with a screwcap, this particular bottle (ordered from a restaurant's wine list) was opened, poured and serially tasted over a two-hour period. Minor reductive notes fully dissipated within 15 minutes of opening. Drink now-2026.

Composed and elegant but with so much vibrancy and energy. Gooseberries, dehydrated pineapple, and passion fruit aromas open up to a bright, juicy mouthful of and fresh limes and lime pith. Tremendous structure and focus, with a long mouthwatering finish. Delicious.
