  Very pale yellow-platinum with green tint. Lime, pear, green apple, gooseberry, cotton candy, nutmeg, grassy, and jasmine. Fresh, bright and crisp. Not much depth, but enjoyable, especially with sushi or Southeast Asian cuisine. Best to let it breathe in bottle for 2-3 hours before serving.
