Really good fun! A light, easy approach to a sherry style wine. Much more bruised apple than oxidative, but it is there. I think this could be the perfect summer aperitif.

An enticing nose. Something of the carpenter's workshop, as well as a juicy green apple quality. Rising bread, too, and an indefinable dusty chalkiness from the biological ageing. The previous bottle I drank had that hauntingly beautiful note of bruised pears - this one did not, and was a touch more uptight, but still a terrific wine for the price.
