  Buy this again. But give it 2 hours before drinking. You don’t have to it’s good upon opening but between two hours later.
  Acidity is live. Minerality is second. Fruit flavors are third but the acidity an fruit flavors overpower the minerality. Good balance but the acidity is the strongest of the 3 Don’t drink it too cold you won’t receive everything it has to offer.

  Kerner alto Adige Italian white grape #4
  Austria Gruner #3 hence the wine in this text
  Assyrtiko Greek white wine #5
  Tiberio trebbiano d Abruzzo #2 also better finish
  Nik weis kabinett German riesling #6. Riesling should be number one in my book but this one lacks acidity and is very fruit forward.
