  Pale yellow and slightly golden in colour with a wide rainy, translucent rim with slight bit of legs.
  
  Citrusy and crisp on the nose with some oak influence but nothing overbearing. Green apples, lemon zest, salted butter, a bit of smoked meat, and salted nuts.
  
  Citrusy and somewhat savoury on the palate with green apples, pears, grapefruits, salted hazelnuts, and some salted buttery popcorn. Smooth on the entry with ample acidity and a decently long finish, with the apples and savoury notes lingering around.
  
  Crisp and citrusy, delicious.
