  • From half. Definitely at the drier end of Alsace Pinot Gris, this has ltos of sliced apple on the nose with a dusting of cinnamon and some dried mango slices. With air a suggestion of honey. The palate is mouth coating and long with real substance, there are hints of marzipan; the overall feeling is one of balance. Have another two of these recently sourced from the domaine, will give the others a couple of years. A good match for some Hawksmoor Old Spot ribs.
