  I was expecting a standard quaffer but was pleasantly surprised by some interesting elements to this wine. As expected high acidity and lovely aromatics. Currant leaf, lemon, elderberry, smoky touch. On day two some evolvement with distinct grapefruit zestiness, tropical notes, pronounced minerality - salty! and with a tongue-drying textural element (wood tannin?). Good but somewhat austere, perfect food-wine with more to offer than many similarly priced SB.
