  Pale lemon in color.
  
  Light nose of citrus, limes, grapefruits and green apples.
  
  Dry on the palate with medium plus acidity.
  
  The palate shows lemons, green apples, grapefruits, bitter herbs, spices and light earth.
  
  Short finish with limes and almonds.
  
  This white blend from Bordeaux is a good food wine. Easy drinking with mild complexity.
  
  Paired very nicely with the baked red snapper.
  
  A blend of 40% Sémillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Muscadelle.
  
  12.5% alcohol by volume.
