  We opened this lovely bottle of Chimney Rock during Superbowl LVIII, and I've got to say, drinking beautiful wine makes losing the big game not so bad. Everyone who had a taste commented on how special this Elevage Blanc was. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sauvignon Gris, this wine is intense, full-bodied, lush and layered. The layering of mixed fruit gives off tropical fruit aromas and bright citrus flavors, while also teasing you with lush mid-palate notes of stone fruit and cream. A truly special white wine.

  Ok so the color is definetly lighter than I had expected but then again I have never had this wine. I get pear fruit aromatics with a floral tinge of rose petals. In mouth the wine the wine is full bodied, creamy and viscous. A delicious and oddly light white.
