  1/6. AP 12. 8% abv. EYE: very pale. NOSE: hemp sticky with salt; pineapple meringue; shortbread. MOUTH: stoic fabric of bright sage yellow green, stiff core, replete with discerning embroidery. Fruit cocktail salad (pears, mandarin orange, plum, coconut.) Pius Keller was an Augustinian. I feel like I'm in an Ary Scheffer painting.
  
  Next day: a preposterous front of pear aromas. 93-98
  
  Day 3: drying out gradually now. exciting to observe the contest between sugar and texture as the former fades first, leaving a feeling of emotionally embalmed suspension. Holy crap this is good
