pale greenish straw. a vein of citrics wafts thru the tropical papaya and passionfruit aromas that pervade in the nose. more subtle in the mouth, the acidity and fruit gain in intensity from the middle on as gooseberry, grapefruit and lemongrass mingle over a base layer of pith and chalk. these carry on the very zingy medium length finish.
seems to gain with air, and likely would benefit from short-term ageing.
13% AbV; mostly from hard limestone (caillotes) soils, some from flint (silex)

At the very beginning pretty laid back. But with more air this one became more savory, gentle, ending in a subtle high class enjoyment. Currently available for 14€, fantastic qpr!

Crisp, clean, white blossoms, lychee, quince, fresh grass and some gooseberries on the nose. Fresh acidity but quite round on the pallet. Citrus, passionfruit, medium finish. Something between traditional Loire and upscale NZ SB.

Second time. This time without food. Last time with Shushi it got better and better. This time without food not so much.
For the next tasting I recommend open it ice cold and let it develop for 30-40 minutes. Best with white wine related food .
