  First time trying a Swiss white wine and I have to say that I am impressed! I was expecting something light and crisp, but this was clearly in the Rhone-like camp, with rather viscous mouthfeel and substantial fruit. Lots going on here, with a panoply of flavors and firm structure. Some phenolic bitterness going on here as well. Everyone really enjoyed this.
