  At Elemento, Porto: A collaboration between the Quinta do Crasto and Lynch-Bages winemakers, with Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz and Touriga Franca, vinified to be drinkable younger. The wine shifted in and out of focus through the evening -- sometimes displaying an intense and structured dark-fruitedness, sometimes obscured by a musty dustiness. I've never had the wine before, so can't say if this is the character of the wine or a case of bottle variation.
