  • dark golden colour, a chord of quince, apricot, mango, passion fruit, tea...
Although it's on the sweet side for an auslese of this age, it's more ideal as a dessert than with a dessert. An aftertaste that lasts for minutes ends on the nice acidity that gives the whole focus. Fully mature and in a cool cellar probably with some years ahead of it, there is no mistake to drink it up right now. -2020+
