Not a bad wine, just not worth current prices. While you can certainly hold for 5+ years, not sure how much you will gain. Fun drink non the less.

  Casual Burg Dinner with Three Tarts and Friends (The Bristol - Chicago IL): Very ripe and forward with sweet fruit and spice. Really wonderful for right now. Nothing is out of place here, but this doesn't show the bones of a truly ageworthy Bonnes Mares, so I'd drink this by 2021 or so.

  Sweet and ripe black fruit and candied fruit. Lovely expressive fruit and long finish. Tannins level is not very high. I like this more than his sentiers and les amoureuses in this vintage. Keep this for 5 more years. Groffiers 06 is exceptional.
