  Flavors give fresh black and blue fruit flavors, yet none are overly ripe. Just about perfect fruit, yet not much else.
  
  There's a lack of depth to the wine overall, but therein the interest lies. It’s Lambrusco, and it’s bone dry. This worked well with cocktails or standing alongside sharp cheese.
