  • Young, quite fruity and completely dry.
Very pleasant even though I doubt that it is built for the medium term.

  • Pale watery gold. White peaches nose, green pea and green grape, splash of sweetness. Flavour is acidicly crisp, very tart Granny Smiths, mouth puckering acidity, but there’s the faintest hint of sweetness there in the distance. Interesting, like to see where this goes with age. I like it. With more air, more sweetness comes through. Like it.
Three days later, this has knitted together into a lovely Riesling - softened honey, fine acidity, lime oil, really nice.
