  • This is what a Kabinett should be. Color is a medium glden yellow. Nose is light kerosene with some underlying tropical fruit. The taste is first a touch of kerosene and then sweet (just right) limons, limes and tropicals. Then follows the lemon and lime lightly tart acid. The balance is quite good and the mouth feel is a smooth round and slightly sweet. The finish is tart and sweet with that light kerosene lingering. Where can I find some more. This wine has many more years of great drinking.
