Pretty much what Rieslingfan said. A lightly floral nose that opens up with air, gentle peachy and citrus fruit on the palate with the weight and intensity of a Spätlese, but there's fine balance and a sense of elegance here that makes it very easy to drink.

Shows quite elegant, and while it's reserved on the nose (a little baby powder, becoming more overtly floral with air), the palate is quite fruity and also lively. It's very well integrated, and shows much more spine than I would have expected from the vintage.

Bright golden yellow in color. Lemon cream and some herbs on the nose. Slate with minerals, rich but firm. Lingering finish of spice and slate. Some grapefruit notes. Nice finish.

Tasted for the Sept. 2008 WinExiles monthly tasting.
Color is a little darker then hay, nose is very light almost reserved with hints of pear and mineral. On the palate pear, citrus and stone, yes I licked rocks as a kid, medium sweet with mild acidity and a nice sweet finish. Nice wine but unmemorable, would pair well with Asian food or just fine by itself on the back porch or by the pool. With a cost of around $18 not one I would search out but would drink again if someone were to open a bottle.
