  Very taut but approachable already. Fresh on the palate, pronounced lemon and lime citrus notes cut by tropical fruit. Very nice strength and persistence with a wide acidic attack. Primary citrus fruit saturates your palate in a thorough fashion -- the juiciness is greater than previous vintages of Montosa. Excellent with sauces involving lemon -- whether olive oil or butter-based. Could gain some points with cellaring, but it is too perfect an accompaniment to clams, oysters, etc. right now.

  Terra Montosa is a single vineyard, from Latin translates into ‘Steep land’. Fresh and clean, still needs some years to unfurl but already a pleasure to have it. Pale lemon colour, medium+ intensity aroma of peaches, hay, apricots, oyster shells, lemons, herbal hints. Medium body, clean and crisp with elegant structure, juicy and focused, green and stone fruits, high sharp and youthful acidity.

  Dry Riesling tasting at Georg Breuer (Rüdesheim, Germany): Lemon colour, but deeper than for the "Estate" wines. The bouquet is immediately gripping. Higher intensity and more concentrated. Apricots, lemon, wet stones, herbal notes. Finely yeasty, too. Must have spent some time on the lees, probably in used Stück or Halbstück barrels. This Riesling is wide-shouldered, yet remains precise. Dense and full-bodied on the palate. Juicy and mouth-watering. Long finish. Although drinking very nicely already, this youthful Terra Montosa has backbone and will undoubtedly benefit from more cellaring. Indicative points in the mid 90s. [First published on DMueller.com.]

  香气开放喜人，有着很香的白桃、柠檬、葡萄柚、苹果之类的果味，略带白桃味硬糖质地，轻微的新鲜百里香和薄荷带出草本质地的清凉，弥漫开来的白玉兰以及轻微茉莉和橙花香气将整体又提升一层，后段矿物感压阵。口中酸度高，有着不错的紧致感和集中度，萃取感细致铺展，果味比较有力，白油桃、葡萄柚、番石榴、苹果和柠檬，澄清而有层次，后段修长多矿。92+/100
