Dark yellow-gold indicating evolution. Pronounced minerality, with limestone, beeswax, honey and a petroleum-citrus fruit combination that is reminiscent of an aged aussie riesling. Medium-bodied with a high acidity and a very long aftertaste. Very enjoyable though. Drink now.

Light yellow. Citrus, grapefruit, volcanic soil and beeswax on the nose. Mid bodied, with modest fruit, lots of minerals, beeswax and honey notes and very high acidity. Long finish. Has gained some complexity since last time tasted (16 months ago) but overall I cannot say it has improved, since it seems to have lost roundness and balance. Develops too fast. Drink now.

Expoding minerality with honey and nuts on the nose. Medium+ body, great acidity and endless finish. Still drinking suberbly now.

A nervous, high acid wine. Extremely tangy and salty. Lots of lime. Once the palate adjusts, this becomes an excellent wine, especially with seafood.
