Not a particularly good wine. An odd nose with a tart mid palate. Light in character for a California Cab even at the inexpensive price point. I think there are better wines at the price point.

Medium reddish purple color, notes of black (?) cherry, raspberry and agree with a light vanilla note. A bit of tartness or something in the mid palate, then relatively smooth but medium short finish. A little on the lighter side both in color and flavor for a Napa cab, but still enjoyable and pretty good for the price

A bunch of wines on a Sunday afternoon/evening (Kurt & Kims): Always nice to try an inexpensive Napa Cab that delivers for the price. This is not a block buster, but this provides a pleasant true cab experience. Purple in color. The nose has cassis, some oak and some vanilla. On the palate, this is easy to drink. No faults or problems, if nothing truly exciting here. No complexity or depth. At under $20 though, it was just fine.

More mid and less raw tannin than in years past, still with a touch of hardness.

Very odd tangy, almost chemical nose. Slightly spicy with some blackberries. Certainly interesting, but not in the best way.
