  This is the entry level Riesling of the Rabl estate, sourced from younger vines in the terraced vineyards (primary rock soils) around the village of Langenlois (located about 70 kilometers northwest of the city of Vienna). Aged for four months on the fine lees. Pale straw-yellow in color with greenish highlights and an appealing bouquet of meadow flowers, peach, green apple and some delicate mineral nuances. The medium-bodied palate offers juicy apricot-, lemon- and grapefruit, a good balance and a fine refreshing acid structure. Pleasant aftertaste with a slight touch of bitterness. Drinking window: now–2025.
  
  De instap Riesling van het wijngoed Rabl, afkomstig van jongere aanplant in de terrasvormige wijngaarden (‘Urgestein’ bodems) rondom de gemeente Langenlois (gelegen op ongeveer 70 kilometer ten noordwesten van Wenen). De wijn rijpte vier maanden ‘sur lie’. Licht strogeel van kleur met groene accenten en een aantrekkelijk bouquet van weidebloemen, perzik, groene appel en wat delicate minerale nuances. Het middelkrachtige, mooi uitgebalanceerde smaakpatroon biedt sappig abrikozen-, citroen- en pompelmoesfruit en een fijne, verfrissende aciditeitsstructuur. Plezierige afdronk met een lichte bittertoets. Te drinken: nu–2025.
