Visits in the Wachau and Kamptal; 10/4/2023-10/5/2023 (In and around the Wachau and Kamptal, Lower Austria): The nose is fresh and nuanced with balanced tones of flint, smoke, green apples, pears, peaches, white flowers, crushed rocks, lemon peels, and some christmas spices. There is good depth with a pristine and clear take to the tones. The Medium bodied feel is fresh and balanced with tart, high acidity that has a lovely, mouthwatering quality. This could pick up a little weight with some age, but I'm really enjoying the crystalline nature of it right now.
