I rather like Pinot Noir from slightly marginal areas (Loire, Alscace, Germany) and this is superior if expensive version. Good Pinot nose and characteristics with some length and complexity. Beginning to drink well butwill last.

Bell's French Tasting (Bell's Wine Shop, Washington DC): Strong metallic notes. Closed. Again, difficult to evaluate this because of a small pour, but I would probably pass at about $100 per bottle. Not nearly ready to drink in any case.
