very pale colour, fine, clean restrained nose, have to search for the nuances but they are there, slatey, slightly flotal, Granny Smith apple character on the nose, distinct Watervale character, nice, needs a bit of air to develop, palate very clean, fresh, nice balance and length with distinct clean acidity, good but just too young to show its character, 5 years would be very beneficial and it has the requisite structure, really excellent QPR (12%)
