  Whilst Joseph Sparkling Red is consistently excellent to my tastes this 2023 disgorgement is my favourite one from the last five years or so. All of the normal depth and complexity of flavour you expect is present but this is overlaid by a vibrancy of rich fruit that means the wine is really singing. Highly recommended - get stuck in if you have been lucky enough to snag some.
