Wow what a great experience, PNP and the wine has an aged zin nose, taste was thin candied cherry and earth, really no bricking and very young looking wine. After a half an hour she started to open up. black cherry, plum, blackberry with a nip of tannin and spice, really good acidity. From hour 1 through 3 continued to show layered fruit and earth. Last glass around 3 1/2 hours later she started to fade a bit. For some reason I was not expecting much but this bottle was fantastic.

PnP bottle and it didn't disappoint. Much softer than expected with great aromatics and finish. Solid all around and another gem from the past.

Good over two days. Showing plenty of aged characteristics, dried fruit, some fresh fruit, and nice balance. Resolved tannin.

Past peak, but still enjoyable -- from a 375 stored in a 55-degree cellar for the last 17 years.
