  • Wow, that color - salmon, almost copper and very vibrant! The nose is wonderfully complex, with notes of sweet summer strawberries, hints of white peaches, wet stone minerality, and a touch of garrigue. On the palate, this wine has serious concentration and length, and a weighty, oily texture, giving abundant orange zest, underbrush, and minerality. This isn’t a summertime rosé you pop by the river, but rather a very serious wine that should be savored and enjoyed slowly.

  • Dark salmon. A bit roasted, spice with a sound sweetness behind. Very much a wine, not just a rosé. Strawberry, ginger, orange peel. Layered and interesting.

  • Very tightly integrated, "vinous", not much clear fruit. Saline and savory, but still fresh. Oily texture. Not at all like any roses I've had, more like sherry. Seems pretty tight and closed, perhaps, aromas were much less generous than the Vignette I tasted.
