Fine bubbles and pale colour. Nose is quite muted, a little bit of apple. The palate has lots of acidity, crisp crab apple fruit, nice balance, very moreish, perfect with canapés. Good wine and great value at £13.

An Evening in the Loire Valley: Westchester Wine School (White Plains, NY): Drank at WWS to open Loire tasting. Very nice sparkler. light with fine tiny bubbles, sweet nose of berries and lots of red berries on the palate. Some minerality, and herbal notes as well. Enjoyable
