This wine was the most acidic wine I have ever drunk. A real disappointment for being Fleur De Passion. Do not open this bottle, let it sit for at least another 10-15 years.
Very disappointed.

Lemon yellow with golden hue. A lot of fine bubbles. Developed, medium intensity nose. Brioche, yellow apples with hints of mushrooms and forest floor behind. On the palate dry, medium(+) slightly rounded acidity, medium(-) body. Lively, creamy mousse, delicously spreading across the tongue. Yellow taut and almost sour fruit interwoven into flavour complexity. Mouthfilling. Precise, pure, fresh. Intense, still light. Superb now and many years ahead.
100% Chardonnay from the grand cru village Cramant. Vinified and aged in older oak barrels, no malolactic fermentation, no filtration.

Absolut magical stil had some acidity but so nicely integrated with tropical fruit notes. On its peek probably not going to get better.

Brød, sopp, bakt sitron, litt Kongen av Danmark-drops og grønt eple, hint av lime og kritt. Fyldig, lang og kompleks.

Past its prime in this case. Still decent acidity, yet somewhat flat
