Napa-Noma Trip: Sweet, bit port-like nose, tobacco, mocha. Chambord. Deeply colored, dark, with no clearing. Concentrated, with some velvety tannins in the finish. Rather inky, large-scaled Merlot. Good.

Wow, this really surprised the guests! It has held up beautifully and is drinking like a classic French aged Pauillac. Exceptional!
