Grand Jury du Vin - Republic of Georgia; 11/1/2023-11/9/2023 (Republic of Georgia then stopover in Paris and Dijon): Expressive nose displaying perfectly ripe red and black fruit, strawberry, blackberry, tea, vosne spice, light caramel, sweet spices and mineral. Very good concentration, layers upon layers for sweet pure red and black fruit, rich yet silky and beautifully detailed, bright acidity, fine limestone mineral, and a long generous sweet black and red fruit driven spicy finish. This is a classic Brulee that is already showing well.
