  Monastrell of the singular Paraje de La Raja, with poor, shallow and calcareous soils. Fermentation in inverse conical log deposits of steel of 7,000 L and in French oak fudres of 11,000 L. Breeding of 12 months in French and American oak barrels, and also goes through Italian clay amphorae of 800 L. Compote of ripe red fruit, forest herbs, spice, notes of anise, balsamic, corpulent, fleshy, balanced, long, fresh, elegant and persistent. Nice value!
