ProWein 2008, Day 2 (Duesseldorf, Germany): Pepper, spice, grey-slate minerality with that signature spritzy sherbert nose, almost Clemens Busch-like. Palate is medium-bodied, well integrated, and deeeee-lish. Will be owning a few of these for weekend celebrations and sushi.
