  • This did the best after 2 hours of air when it fully came together on the palate but nose was amazing right from get go. Deep red fruit with notes of truffles, wet earth, forrest floor taragon, pepper, spices. Palate is the best at 2 hours mark with strawberries, cranberries, truffles note along with notes of black pepper and herbs. Long finish. Paired with duck magnet with risotto.

  • Decanted and drank over an hour. Decent concentration of Sour cherries, slight earth, medium finish.... that’s about it. Young still, no signs of aging. Definitely Burgundian style, easily overpowered by food if not paired correctly. I drink more California bc I like more flavor and punch, but there’s a place in my cellar for these red burgs, when I’m in a bland mood or eating a less flavorful meal.

  • Nez de café, de cerise et un peu de 4 épices. Robe ocre mais une verdeur en fin de bouche (effet millésime?). Bon mais pas fabuleux.
